Tupac said he sees no changes, mostly because people have a hard time dealing with change.  Especially those at the top, keeping everyone in chains so that they can keep the power.. LOL   People are the hardest thing to change because we are creatures of habit.  But at our core we are constantly changing, all of our cells are regenerating and morphing, dying, birthing, dividing, etc.. etc.. We exist to change and our arrival on earth is a temporary transitory stasis..    .. butterfly life.. lol.. We are born as a little sperm penetrating an egg and divide and change into what we call an embryo until we finally transit into the world from the womb.  Boom!  A little “I” with a desire to survive.  But that little person’s survival is based on their ability to adapt to the changing internal (emotions) and external environment (motions).  

In addition,  transition is king in all forms of media; when we watch tv and are subliminally seduced by animations that tell us what to attach to, transitions keep our eyes fixated; when we listen to music and the notes change with little nothings called silence in between, the melody is created and we are once again fixated and waiting for the cycle to repeat once more..   Deep down we know that change is the only constant because from the surface of our skin to the soul within all is vibrating at 300000km/sec, but the neutron remains still, and within the neutron there is movement apparently  .. i’m not a scientist but this is crazy information to know and understand…  stillness within motion, motion within stillness..  change permeates our entire existence.  Throughout life I suffer the loss of all non-essential attachments, either learn to accept and adapt to change, or feel the burn…

Below are transitional words that will make you sound smart when you use them properly, furthermore, they’ll get your point across quicker. The only person that ever commented on my use of transition words IN MY FLOW was Malcolm Goff.  I was 15 at the time LOL it’s funny how things come back around in cycles..   I love transitions cause I am a transitory being LOL…  I’m always changing and everything is always changing so never expect it to be the same except in that it is changing.. our sun is moving at a speed that keeps our solar system spiraling at 220 km/s, 132000 km per minute, or 82,020.9974 miles a minute!  That is amazing.  MRK82! LOL… what a strange coincidence..
